Richard Fay passed away Sept 29 at St Thomas Highlands. He did not have a life insurance policy .We are starting a Go fund me to help with the cost of cremation and the 20% of medical bills . There will be no service. ( but it would not let me enter no service )He is the husband of Patricia Fay and dad of Chris Fay. He worked many years at Thomas Industry’s.
