My brother Richard Bert Lockhart passed away unexpectedly, and our family is still trying to understand what happened. Since his passing, we have been surrounded by an outpouring of love and memories from the community. Richard leaves behind his two children, Brooklynn (16) and Richard (15), along with countless family members and friends who loved him dearly.

Richard was truly one of a kind. He was a talented musician who brought joy to everyone around him. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, and he had a passion for fishing that he loved to share with others. His generosity and spirit touched so many lives, and his absence is deeply felt by all who knew him.
