Rhonda's 3rd Battle With Cancer

Rhonda has been fighting cancer since September of 2017. It started with Bile duct cancer, then she had to have the Whipple surgery ( which a very major surgery and her stomach has never been the same since) and do chemo. In 2019 she found out that the cancer had spread through her blood stream and she had to start her second fight with cancer, only this time it was lung cancer. Luckily it was only in 1 lung.  She had surgery to remove  a few tumors while others had to be left behind because they were too risky to remove, and she also had lymphnodes removed. Round 2 of chemo really took a toll on her. She got the news in September of 2020 that her Lung cancer was in remission. Just days before Christmas 2020 she found out that her cancer was not  only back but has spread and is now in both of her lungs. Now she has to prepare for her 3rd fight with cancer, and this time Chemo is going to way more agressive.   My dad is her rock through this all. He takes off work to be there for every appointment and helps her with everything she needs. They are a team and they are prepared to fight cancer again, along with the rest of her family.
