Reyna and I have worked together for three years, and she has always been a dedicated coworker and a wonderful friend. On Christmas Day, Reyna and her family were enjoying a quiet night at home watching movies when they suddenly smelled something burning. At first, it seemed like nothing was wrong in their area, but soon a neighbor was at their door urging them to leave immediately. Tragically, a fire caused by the upstairs neighbor quickly spread, and Reyna’s home was destroyed. They lost nearly everything, with only a few clothes left that could be salvaged. To make matters worse, Reyna’s car was also caught in the fire and is no longer usable.

This has been a devastating experience for Reyna and her family, especially during what should have been a joyful holiday. They are now facing the challenge of rebuilding their lives from scratch. The funds raised here will help Reyna and her family find new housing, replace essential items, cover transportation and food costs, and ensure her son can continue attending school with the supplies he needs.
