Rev. Joallen Forte is a pillar of our community and recently suffered a severe stroke and brain bleed on May 23rd, 2024. Her close colleagues and friends are fundraising to help cover her costs and support her family during this difficult time.

Joallen is beloved in both her roles as a reverend at Macedonia Baptist Church and a paraprofessional facilitator at Du Bois Middle School in Great Barrington, MA. Her focus is always on everybody else, supporting her whole community. She has given selflessly her entire life, often times above and beyond her own means. It is with extraordinary honor and appreciation that at this hour of her need, we hope to step up for her as she has always done for us.
