Hi friends and family! I have never made one of these before but I am doing it to help my partner. She is dealing with landlord who has been harassing her and filing eviction notices without legitimate premise. She has paid her rent, but her landlord insists that he didn’t get it last month and harassed her relentlessly until she paid it plus an additional $200. She is working to get legal council involved but in the meantime needs support paying her rent and bills so she can avoid his ridiculous fees. He is also trying to raise her rent and she only moved in 3 months ago. I appreciate any and all support. I truly believe community is how we get through hard times. It takes a village. ♥️

UPDATE 8/28/25: Landlord has filed for eviction and a request for a court date has been made. In addition to this, she is trying to relocate out of state to help flee from an abusive ex and for the safety of her and her daughter. It has been hard finding support from local DV centers. Her ex got everything while she is left with trying to support herself and her daughter. She just started working again after being laid off, does not have a car and very little money to her name. Anything you can donate or even share to spread the word is greatly appreciated.
