Hello everyone so I'm needing help

I got suspended from my job fales allegations from a customer This happened

I work at stater Brothers about 4 years now

So on Monday night on February 8th I work in the service deil of the though many yrs 4 I been there I never had customer

complaining and falls allegations from me so this night I was working in the front deil so happened was the I was helping others customer they been waiting on very patiently to be serve they all wanted fresh chicken the chicken I was ready remind you I had 6 people they were very respectful customer I every had before so it was the one customer she being very rude and disrespectful to me because was very short staffed that I had one deil associate back there friending chicken because my manager she since everybody home early because the were talking labor hrs what think that was not good idea because when we are already getting ours hrs cut so with this customer that she ask me are u the only one that work in the front deil I said to yes ma'am I am the only one up here but I'll be right with you just give me a moment to help these customers cuz they've been waiting less than 15-20 minutes for chicken she told me that's not what I asked you so I can explain to her once again I'm very short staff and my cook is fine chicken right now I'll be right with you she told me that's fine I get somebody else to do it so she called the key carrier to help her remind you the customer there are waiting they looked at her and saying that was very rude he's patiently helping us their choice that anything used to understand what was going on they see me trying to help them and still sit her and they told me they were in a good job you being very patient with her and u was being rude disrespectful to me well we're really happened I went back to work Thursday the call me in the office saying tell what happened that day I explain to them what happened because the lady called HR stater Brothers so suspended me for that because she called hR what I'm not getting why would u take her side of the story but not everybody know when u get suspended u must did something really bad but coming from them they didn't care they too this lady words before my not getting my side the story so when you get to spend it you have to call the union rep and let them know what happened so you have a meeting with them , so I call my union rep explain to her what happened then when I told her what happened she very shocked she basically said why would it spin you over a customer complain when you got two reviews on Google that said you didn't do anything so she called HR to make a interview she call me back she said I had to wait March the 6th to get an interview so I'm thinking like why have wait that long she said that they let a lot of people go from the corporate some people got laid off I'm thinking how going survive I have rent to pay I have bills to pay now I have to wait another month to get an interview so I'm really struggling I'm needing help fr I been praying for God send my assign begging on my knees can u please help at the time my rent 2,000$ the put note my door I can't afford to be getting put out for y'all if can help with anything please help me I really appreciate keep me in y'all prayers because I need it fr thank for your time reading my story
