Reese Cooper is my colleague and a valued member of our team. She recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of her father to cancer. Reese grew up working alongside her father as a laborer in the union, learning the value of hard work and dedication from a young age. Now, as an 841 Operating Engineer working night shifts as an oiler, she continues to embody those same qualities every day.

The loss of her father has been incredibly difficult for Reese, not only emotionally but also financially. She has not been able to return to work since his passing, which has made it challenging for her to keep up with living costs and other expenses that have arisen during this time. As her colleagues, we know how much Reese means to our team and how much she has always supported those around her.

Right now, Reese needs our support more than ever. She was very close to her father, and her co-workers are truly her extended family.
