On February 17th, RB suffered a hemorrhagic stroke that left him unable to speak or move the right side of his body. Doctors discovered bleeding on the brain, and while the exact cause remains unclear, our family believes the immense emotional toll he has endured over the past year may have contributed to this devastating event.
Just eight months ago, RB experienced an unimaginable loss—the passing of his precious 5-year-old daughter, Brianna Bailey, after a courageous battle with neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. Brianna was the light of his life, and her loss deeply shook the foundation of our entire family. He remains a devoted father to his two surviving children, and now faces this next chapter with tremendous physical and emotional challenges.
RB has a long road ahead. He is currently in recovery and beginning the difficult journey of learning to walk, speak, and regain independence. While his spirit remains strong, his body is still healing—and he is unable to work during this time. Our family has come together to support him in every way possible, but the cost of ongoing care, therapy, medical expenses, and everyday household bills continues to grow.
RB is truly one of a kind. He’s the person who walks into a room and instantly fills it with laughter. Whether you’ve known him for five minutes or five years, he finds a way to make you feel like family. He’s the life of the party, the one who lifts others up, even while quietly carrying his own burdens. Now, it’s our turn to lift him.
We are humbly asking for your support during this critical time. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping cover RB’s living expenses, medical bills, and the intensive therapy he will need on his road to recovery.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with RB and our family. Your generosity, prayers, and words of encouragement mean more than you could ever know.
