Raymond "Ramon" Hernandez was more than just an employee—he was one of my best workers and a true friend. For years, he dedicated himself to his job and to those around him, always giving his best. Everything changed when Raymond was struck with cancer. He was forced to step away from work and begin the difficult journey toward recovery. Despite the challenges, Raymond fought hard and eventually returned to work, even if only on a limited basis, showing the same determination and spirit that made him so special. His wife, Judy, stood by his side every step of the way, caring for him while also facing major health issues of her own. Their strength and love for each other were truly inspiring.

Unfortunately, Raymond's cancer returned, and the battle became even more difficult. Medical bills began to pile up, and the situation grew more stressful when their insurance coverage was cancelled. Through it all, Raymond and Judy never gave up hope. Sadly, right after Christmas, Raymond lost his battle with cancer. The weight of the medical expenses remains, and Judy continues to face her own health struggles without her partner by her side.
