I am Carmen Natal a Connecticut resident. My brother Raul (chickie) Natal recently passed away from catastrophic injuries to to a car crash. He was a pedestrian on the road in Waterbury and was hit by a vehicle at 6:00 in the morning. Because it happened so suddenly we have been hit by a financial burden that we are not quite ready to fulfill. Chickie was God's Noble creature, a special needs gentleman with a big heart and fun-loving love this family and his cat. Whatever you can do to help out we greatly appreciate it.
