Raul Ramirez was a dedicated man to everyone that was in his life. He passed away the end of February 2017 leaving his wife and 2 sons.
The funds donated will be given to the family to help cover costs in the coming months, so they can mourn the loss of their beloved dad and husband. Hopefully we can take a bit of the financial stresses away from Rita.
Raul and his son Matthew (13) were always first to the baseball field and last to leave. Raul was as dedicated to the players of his team as he was to his family. We have played baseball with the Ramirez family for many years. For our family personally, Raul became an important father figure to my son, encouraging him as a baseball player and as a man. He boosted Jake's self-esteem more than I can tell you.
