Hi everyone, For those who know me, I’ve recently been diagnosed with diabetes. Diabetes can come with many complications, and unfortunately things have gotten difficult for me over the past several weeks. I work in a nursing home, and when many of our patients became sick with the flu, I also caught the flu. That made my diabetes harder to manage and led to worsening health issues. Over the last month and a half, I’ve been in and out of the hospital, and I’m currently unable to work as I work toward getting better and stabilizing my health.
