- On September 29, 2024 my son Randy Jo Ray Ortegon lost his life in a traffic accident at the young age of 19. He was a senior at Rochelle ISD and looked forward to graduating this school. I had no plans to ever have to bury my child so therefore we have no funds to lay my baby boy to rest. Anything that you feel on your hearts to donate is greatly appreciated.
