It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Randy J. Moore has unexpectedly passed away on May 14th, 2025. Unfortunately, Randy had no money set aside for funeral expenses, and the county is not able to help them pay for his services. The family is just looking to do a direct cremation through Bookhout's Funeral Home in Oneonta, NY. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all! ❤️
