We have always known Randa Gross as a loyal and caring friend to everyone around her, and she’s touched countless lives as an excellent teacher. Cheryl and I have had the privilege of working with her for many years, and we know firsthand how much she gives to her students, her friends, and her family.

Last week, Randa’s husband, Tim, suffered a stroke that led to a brain aneurysm. He is currently in the ICU at UTMB Galveston Hospital, where doctors have managed to stop the bleed with a stent. He will remain in the ICU for at least two weeks, after which the doctors will determine the next steps for his care. This has been an incredibly difficult and stressful time for Randa, Chandler, Randa's mom, and Tim's family.

The costs are quickly adding up—medical bills, parking and meals at the hospital, and all the unexpected costs that come when someone is unable to work. Randa has always been there for others, and now it’s our turn to be there for her! Any donations, no matter the amount, would be deeply appreciated.
