Hello my name is Luz and I’m fundraising for my husband Rafael Partida. Rafael is a loving father, brother, grandfather, uncle, son, and friend. He is a very hardworking, loving and selfless person with a huge heart who is always willing to help everyone in need. In November 2022 he started having medical issues and was unable to continue working. As time passed his medical issues got worse all he was told he had H. Pylori and he would get better. His symptoms got worse each day and he was not finding any answers here. His appointments were being rescheduled and as his symptoms progressed he was forced, out of desperation to seek help out of the country. He was immediately diagnosed with Cancer, gastritis and ulcers in his stomach as well as an obstruction in his intestines that were not letting him keep any food down. He required immediate cancer treatment as his tumor in a couple of days had grown in size. He had to pay out of pocket for all travel, medical expenses, chemotherapy, iv transfusions, transportation, and without work he has been struggling to pay current bills and mortgage payments. He is the main provider for our family and I have been his 24/7 caretaker since onset of symptoms. We are kindly asking if anyone would like to donate for future treatments, surgery, rehabilitation, food, bills, mortgage payments and other accommodations that will be needed.
