Support for Rafael Ramos' Family

On Wednesday afternoon, my younger brother Rafael Ramos, only 22 years old, tragically lost his life in a truck accident on the Peribán-Los Reyes highway in Michoacán, Mexico. Rafael was on his way to work, driving a truck loaded with avocados, when he lost control and the vehicle overturned. Despite the quick response from local authorities, Rafael passed away at the scene due to the severity of his injuries. He was from Apo del Rosario, Tancítaro, and was deeply loved by our family and community.
Rafael was the head of his household, providing for his partner, their 4-year-old daughter, and his mother. He was a caring and loving young man, always full of life and dreams for the future. His sudden passing has left us heartbroken and facing many unexpected challenges. We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses, transport Rafael’s remains, support his family, and recover the truck he was driving so it can be returned to them.
