Our sweet daughter Raelynn is currently admitted at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, where she is bravely fighting a viral infection that led to severe dehydration. As any parent can imagine, this has been one of the hardest and most emotional times for our family. Right now, our only focus is making sure she gets the care she needs and supporting her every step of the way.

Because of her sudden hospitalization, we have both had to miss over a week of work. This has put us in a very difficult financial position. I had just started a new job and am still within my 90-day probation period, and due to this unexpected time away, I may lose my position. Losing this income has made an already stressful situation even more overwhelming.

We are now struggling to cover basic necessities like rent, food, and gas while staying close to Raelynn in the hospital. We are currently behind on rent and, without help, are facing the very real possibility of eviction if we can’t catch up for this past month and the upcoming one.

We are asking for any support you may be able to give during this incredibly difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads, food on the table, and allowing us to remain by our daughter’s side while she heals.
