Lauren and Shane Radosevich are beloved teachers in the Elmbrook School District, and their world was forever changed on June 19th, 2026, when they lost their 18-year-old son, Aiden, in a tragic accident. Aiden had just graduated from Pewaukee High School and was working toward his real estate license, full of hope and ambition for the future. The Radosevich family—Lauren, Shane, their daughter Abby (18), and son AJ (19)—are now facing unimaginable heartbreak as they grieve the loss of their vivacious young son and brother.

In the wake of this tragedy, many friends, colleagues, neighbors and community members have reached out, asking how they can help. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering funeral expenses and creating some type of memorial to honor Aiden’s life. We will keep everyone updated as the family decides on the best way to remember him. Additionally, the support will help ease the financial burden from the loss of summer school teaching income for Shane, allowing the family to focus on healing together.
