In 2023, my mother, Racheal Windham, was diagnosed with breast cancer. After fighting with incredible strength and determination, she was declared cancer-free in January 2025. Unfortunately, just three months later, in March 2025, the cancer returned. This time it spread aggressively throughout her body. Our family is now facing the heartbreaking reality of a terminal diagnosis.

If you have ever known my mom, you know she has been a pillar of the Cle Elum community. She worked at the Cle Elum Eagles for over a decade, helping and caring for people when they needed it most. Whether she was planning memorial services, organizing fundraisers, or simply offering a listening ear, she showed up for others with her whole heart. She has touched countless lives and built so many meaningful friendships over the years through her bright personality, lighthearted spirit, and her unwavering determination to keep human connection at the forefront of everything she did. She has always been someone people could lean on in their hardest moments. Now it is our turn to surround her with that same love and support.

The funds raised will go directly toward essential household expenses, in-home hospice care, and supporting my father as he navigates this unfortunate new reality.
