Support for Pop Pop's Final Journey

Hello Everyone!!

This has been a long journey for us. My grandfather has been in the hospital since December 15th, 2024, due to a heart attack he had at home. It’s been rough for him being in the hospital. Throughout the months, he was transferred to four other different hospitals to help him out when finally the Veterans Hospital was able to figure out his heart had a leakage valve and surgery wouldn’t be the best choice for him. He was put on hospice and sent home with my mom since that’s where he wanted to be. He was only home for about 2/3 weeks until he took his last breath on April 29th, 2025.

I’m not usually the one to do this, but anything to help to put my Pop Pop to rest.
