On June 9, 2026, our family experienced an unthinkable tragedy when a shooting at a home in Livonia, Michigan took the lives of our beloved Family members, 58‑year‑old Sterling Ray Pierce and 53‑year‑old Holly Marie Kimball, their 22‑year‑old son Tanner Ray Pierce, and Tanner’s 21‑year‑old girlfriend Nevaeh May Jaslynn Finch.
Sterling and Holly were hardworking, loving parents who did everything they could to support and protect their family, Tanner was a young man with his whole future ahead of him, and Nevaeh was a kind, selfless soul who deeply loved and supported those around her. They were known as caring people who welcomed others into their home and made everyone feel like family. Losing all four of them so suddenly and violently has left an enormous emotional and financial burden on those of us left behind.
This fundraiser is focused on funeral and memorial expenses for Sterling, Holly, and Tanner, including services, burial/cremation, and related costs, as well as immediate support for their family members who now must handle these unexpected expenses on top of their grief. A separate GoFundMe dedicated specifically to supporting Nevaeh’s family and honoring her memory will be organized and shared as soon as possible, so that her loved ones can receive the help they need as well.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward giving Sterling, Holly, and Tanner the dignified farewell they deserve and helping our families get through the difficult weeks ahead. If you are unable to give, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers and share this fundraiser so others can help support us during this heartbreaking time.
