Phee went into preterm labor and, despite the doctors' best efforts, they were unable to stop her labor. On Friday, December 5, 2025, Phee delivered her twins via emergency C-section at just 23 weeks. Both girls were born alive, but heartbreakingly, they passed away shortly after birth. These beautiful twin girls, Oak-Lee Riley Knapp (1 lb 4 oz, 12 inches) and Violet Marie Knapp (1 lb 3 oz, 12 inches), were already so deeply loved by their family and friends, and they will be missed dearly. This young couple has endured what no parent should ever have to face, and our hearts are broken for them.

In the midst of this unimaginable loss, Phee and Doug are now facing the reality of being out of work as they grieve and try to heal. The last thing we want is for them to worry about how their bills or other expenses will be paid during this time. We are reaching out to our community for help, hoping to ease their financial burden so they can focus on supporting each other and honoring the memory of their daughters.
