Support for Pet Reunification in Saint Cloud

I got arrested on some bs charges and the Saint Cloud Minnesota animal control took my 3 grown dogs and 3 puppies that are less than a week old to the “humane”society was able to get 2 out but can’t seperate mama from the pups and couldn’t afford 1000 up front after just paying bail and everything they refuse to take partial payments it’s all or nothing and they are charging 25 a day per dog they are counting week old puppies each one as a dog but they only have to feed mama but they are charging me 100 a day to “house” my dogs I can’t afford to get them out I had it a couple days ago but they didn’t answer so it accumulated another hundred and I was behind again in the meantime a buddy whom I had borrowed from to bail out of jail wanted his money back which is fine but then I wasn’t 100 short I was 300 short and it just keeps accumulating as of 4-30-2025 the price is 900 tomorrow it’ll be 1000 and so on even if I can come up with 450 and get 2 puppies I’ll bottle feed them until I can get the other portion at least then it will only go up by 50 a day that might give me a little wiggle room to get em but I sure as hell can’t do 1000 these ppl are just dog thieves disguised as “help” but they don’t want to help if they really wanted to help they would let ppl make payments I’m at a loss idk wut to do someone please help me get my puppies back
