On June 23rd, 2025, Paul Lawson and his family welcomed their beautiful daughter, Daisy Erin Lawson, into the world. Born with a rare genetic condition known as Trisomy 9 Mosaicism, Daisy has faced immense medical challenges from her very first breath. Despite the incredible strength she has shown, and the tireless efforts of her medical team, Daisy's condition is not survivable.

Since birth, Daisy has been on a ventilator while doctors worked to understand the full extent of her condition. Over time, it became clear that many of her complications—some major and unfixable—were the result of her chromosome disorder. Paul and his family are now spending precious time with her, holding her close and surrounding her with all the love in their hearts.

Later this month, Daisy will be taken off the ventilator, and she will pass peacefully in the arms of those who love her most.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden on Paul and his family during this incredibly painful time. Funds raised will go directly toward covering overwhelming medical bills, funeral arrangements, and a Celebration of Life to honor Daisy’s brief but deeply meaningful time on earth.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to ensure Paul and his family can focus on their time with Daisy and their healing journey—without the added stress of financial strain.
