Support for Paul Buchalo's Final Farewell
Donation protected
I am Eddie Buchalo and I am asking for help. Help to reduce the costs for the final farewell to my Brother Paul Buchalo. Paul was born on Thanksgiving in 1972 and passed away on Thanksgiving Day this year. He had just celebrated his 52nd birthday. Paul was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer on June 8th after being taken to the hospital. After scans, it was discovered that the cancer had metastasized to his brain, lymph nodes, thyroid, liver, pancreas, and adrenal gland. Paul went through several radiation treatments and then intensive chemotherapy. His team of doctors were great, and Paul liked them very much. But unfortunately, the chemo did not deter the cancer. Paul tried another new treatment and had a bad reaction after the first dosage. My brother lost his job after his diagnosis, as well as insurance and any other benefits. He fought as hard as he could, and my mother Dianne was by his side at her home to help care for him until she was unable to. Before Paul became unresponsive, he had agreed to being sent to Alliance Hospice House for his final time with us. My mother Dianne, my father Ed, and myself were with Paul when he took his last breath, and it was a peaceful passing on Thanksgiving. That picture I put on here was from July 5th. We were celebrating our mom's birthday together. If you can find it in your heart to help me and my parents in this difficult time both emotionally and financially, I cannot express how great our gratitude will be. May Paul rest in peace. And God bless you all.
