Patrick and Erin are facing every family's worst nightmare. After exhausting all available treatment options for Patrick's colon cancer, his medical team has recommended and transitioned his care to hospice, allowing the family to focus on comfort, time together, and making the most of each precious day. As they navigate this difficult season, Erin is balancing the emotional weight of caring for her husband while also supporting their three young children through an unimaginable loss. Compounding the heartbreak, Erin's father has also recently entered hospice care, leaving her to cope with the impending loss of two beloved family members at the same time.

Alongside these emotional challenges, the family is facing mounting medical expenses and the everyday costs of maintaining a household during a time when their focus should be on one another.
