I have been living with severe Crohn’s Disease, which has made it increasingly difficult to manage my health and daily responsibilities. Recently, I lost my job and, with it, my health insurance. This has left me unable to afford the medical treatment and medications I need to manage my condition, as well as the basic living expenses that keep me afloat.
