Pascual Arroyo is my wife’s brother, a 44-year-old from Gómez Farías Michoacán, México. He has always been a caring and hardworking person, but recently he has been facing a life-threatening health crisis. Pascual has been dealing with internal bleeding for some time, requiring multiple blood transfusions. Despite these efforts, his condition remains critical, and he continues to need urgent medical attention.
