Hello, I’m making this fundraiser for my parents during one of the hardest moments in their lives. On October 28, my father had a stroke as he was leaving work for the day and was rushed to the hospital. After scans they realized he needed an operation as soon as possible, and performed it that night. He is now in the Neuroscience ICU in Kansas City, he is experiencing expressive aphasia and possibly some temporary memory loss. He is looking at an extensive hospital and rehabilitation period, we don’t have a time range but we know he won’t be able to work as of now. His wife is by his bedside hoping and praying for his recovery. I’m making this fundraiser in hopes to maybe ease a little bit of the financial burden they are about to face in the next coming months.
