Hi, my name is Brooke and I started this gofundme on behalf of Paige and Malcolm!
On Tuesday, March 17th, Paige was unexpectedly transferred by ambulance from Lethbridge Regional Hospital to Foothills Hospital after experiencing Premature Preterm Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) at just 27 weeks pregnant. She is expected to remain in Calgary until at least June 13th, 2026.
For those who know Paige and Malcolm, you know how hardworking, independent, and devoted they are to their family. They have two young children at home, ages 4 and 1, and they are not the type of people to ask for help—even during incredibly difficult times like this.
With Paige hospitalized far from home, their family is now facing significant emotional and financial strain. This fundraiser has been created to help support them during the months ahead.
Donations will go toward:
- Travel expenses so their children can visit Paige in Calgary
- Expenses to help care for their children back in Lethbridge
- Lost income due to being unable to work
- Costs associated with preparing for their premature baby’s medical needs
- Day-to-day expenses while they navigate this challenging time
