On December 20th, Pablo was told he has a large mass in his chest. After several scans and biopsies he was diagnosed with Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma - Stage 3A.
Pablo will be receiving very strong chemo treatments every three weeks for the next 6 months. These treatments will require close observation and he will have to spend at least 5 days in Houston each time. He is also facing possible radiation and any other treatments related to possible complications. Pablo will not be able to work during this treatment phase. His wife, Amy, has also been able to take time off of work during this most difficult time. As you know, travel cost and medical bills can be a huge burden.
