Help Ozzy cross the Rainbow Bridge. He was adopted at Lehigh County Humaine Society over 9 years ago at the age of two or more. He has been a great companion but his health has declined severley in the past month. He has a collapsed trachea which makes breathing hard for him, his tongue is blue and he curls it up towards his throat while he screams in pain that scares you, he can hardly walk anymore and is in much pain. We unfortunatley are on a very limited income due to being on permanant disability and have no extra funds for emergencies like this. We have tried for credit programs through Veternarians and were denied.
