Oziyah Jayde was born on January 20th, 2026 at just 29 weeks, weighing only 2 lbs. 14 oz. He came into the world facing incredible challenges, including a rare congenital condition called tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF). This means his breathing tube is abnormally connected to his eating tube, making feeding and breathing extremely difficult. Surgeons attempted to repair his esophagus, but the length was too short to connect to his stomach, so he still faces major hurdles ahead.

After his first surgery, Oziyah now has a G-tube in his stomach to help with feeding and nutrition while he continues to grow and heal.

Oziyah was also born with a single ventricle heart defect, which means his heart doesn’t have the normal four chambers. This causes oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor blood to mix, making it harder for his body to get the oxygen it needs. He underwent surgery to place a band around his heart valve to help his heart function, and will need two more surgeries once he gains enough weight. Our family of six is doing everything we can to support him, but the medical bills, transportation, and baby supplies are overwhelming.

We did not have a baby shower and are asking for help to provide Oziyah with the items and care he needs. We are grateful for all the support and help. We ask for prayers for Oziyah’s healing and growth. Any donation is appreciated and will make a difference for our family.
