Support for Oxford High School

 

 

Oxford High School as well as the entire Oxford community, experienced an unimaginable tragedy today with the shooting that took place at the high school. This event has and will continue to change the course of so many young lives. As the family of the victims, students, teachers, first responders, and the community begin to heal the least we can do is to lessen the financial burden that comes with such a tragedy. No amount of money will reverse this situation, nor bring back those who tragically lost their lives, but my hope is to be able to help in any way possible. All money collected for donation will go directly to Oxford community to be used how they see fit. My suggestion to them will be to help cover medical and funeral costs for the victims, counseling for students and teachers, memorials, etc. 





My name is Katherine, I grew up in Oxford and am a 2009 graduate from Oxford High School. I do not have any direct relation to any of the victims but Oxford has always and will always be a huge part of my life. I am hoping to give back in any way that I can. Once collected, the will be given directly to the Oxford community.
