Our family is going through something we never expected, and we’re asking for support during one of the hardest times of our lives. Three days ago, our son woke up from a nap coughing, and things quickly took a terrifying turn. My girlfriend found him struggling, and we rushed him to CMCC as fast as we could. When we arrived, the medical team knew right away that he needed more advanced care. He was airlifted by helicopter to Maine Medical Center for further treatment.

As parents, nothing prepares you for seeing your child in the hospital like this. We are staying strong for him, but it’s been overwhelming emotionally, physically, and financially. Right now, our focus is entirely on his recovery and being by his side every step of the way. With lost work, daily expenses, and car costs piling up, we’re doing everything we can to keep our family together and support our son’s healing.
