Hello, my name is William Sr. I am fundraising for my son William Jr. Our son was seriously injured in an accident in northwest Edmonton and is currently

in the ICU at the Royal Alex Hospital.

He has undergone a life-changing amputation and is now facing a long and challenging road to recovery.

He is a devoted partner to his common-law spouse and a loving father to two young children, with another baby due in August. This sudden tragedy has turned their lives upside down.

As his parent, I am relocating from Saskatchewan to Edmonton to help support him and his family during this critical time. Between hospital visits, supporting his partner and children, and preparing for the next stages of recovery, the financial strain is quickly adding up.

We are asking for help with:

-Travel costs (gas for ongoing trips to and from the hospital )

-Parking fees at the hospital

-Food and daily living expenses while staying near the hospital

-Support for his partner and children during this time with upcoming rent, bills and food.

Future housing needs as we adjust to his new reality and care requirements

This recovery will take time, strength, and support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden on our family so we can focus on what matters most, his healing and being there for one another.
