Support for our IPC Ukraine Colleagues

To our friends and colleagues at IPC,

A number of employees in our Fairfield, CT office kindly suggested we set up a fundraiser for our Ukrainian colleagues, Andrii, Nikolay, and Olha.

Over the past few weeks, our Ukrainian colleagues and their families have endured extremely challenging circumstances. However, they are a testament to the power of human courage, and we are humbled to have them as part of our organization.

All three of our Ukrainian colleagues have left their homes and are currently scattered throughout Ukraine and Europe. We are incredibly proud that these people work in our team, and we will continue to support them over the coming weeks and months. They are all safe, and unbelievably they have continued to be fully operational for IPC. The support they provide to IPC’s Product and R&D organizations is extremely important, and we thank them for their continued dedication. Behind the scenes, a number of IPC personnel have worked with our team to ensure that we remain in contact and to provide assistance in a variety of ways on relocation activity out of Kyiv.

We have set up this GoFundMe page in an effort to provide additional support to our colleagues and their families during these challenging times.

As a single man, Andrii Gerashchenko has insisted that any donations are split in favor of his colleagues with family dependents - 40% (Nikolay & Family), 40% Olha & Family), 20% Andrii. To alleviate any concerns that these donations will not reach them, Jonathan Hogg has already transferred some funds to Nikolay’s bank account and confirmed the transfer was successful. He will do the same with the donations from this fundraiser, and Nikolay will distribute amongst the team.
