Julio Jimenez

Our former Superintendent Julio has lost his mother to a terminal illness last week. He is very much saddened, as anyone could be, but what makes this loss of love and life even harder is that Julio was terminated from his job while attending to his mother in the hospital. How cruel and unusual this punishment is!

Julio has been going through a bad relationship with Bluesky Management from the beginning. Skipping the details... Julio has lost wages that should have been paid to him and, worse, he is going to be eventually evicted from the apartment he currently lives in. Yes! He will need legal assistance too!

I think we, the tenants of 312 Manhattan Avenue, can show our love and support to a man who is hurting physically, mentally, and financially.

Julio has helped us all over the years many times.
