Our dad has been admitted to Hospital San Vicente de Paul in Río Negro, Medellín, after suffering serious health complications that may be related to a stroke. At this moment, we still don’t know the full extent of the damage, and we are waiting for answers. Over the past 12 years, he has already fought through many health challenges including multiple heart attacks. Now, we are facing another difficult chapter.

As we navigate this uncertain time, we are preparing for significant medical expenses like hospital bills, doctor visits, MRIs, treatments, and ongoing care. The financial burden is overwhelming, and any support would mean more to us than we can express. Our dad, despite his shortcomings and mistakes, is a loving father, a passionate political activist, multilingual world traveler, and a self-made artist. He has spent his life creating, inspiring, and sharing his art with others, personally and professionally.

Nuestro padre ha sido ingresado en el Hospital San Vicente de Paul en Río Negro, Medellín, después de sufrir graves complicaciones de salud que podrían estar relacionadas con un derrame cerebral. En este momento, aún no conocemos el alcance total del daño y estamos a la espera de respuestas.

Durante los últimos 12 años, ya ha enfrentado muchos problemas de salud, incluyendo múltiples infartos. Ahora nos enfrentamos a otro capítulo difícil.

Mientras atravesamos este momento de incertidumbre, nos estamos preparando para afrontar gastos médicos significativos, como hospitalización, consultas médicas, resonancias magnéticas, tratamientos y cuidados continuos. La carga económica es abrumadora, y cualquier apoyo significaría más para nosotros de lo que podemos expresar.

Nuestro padre, a pesar de sus defectos y errores, es un padre amoroso, un apasionado activista político, un viajero del mundo que habla varios idiomas y un artista autodidacta. Ha dedicado su vida a crear, inspirar y compartir su arte con los demás, tanto a nivel personal como profesional. Siempre ha dado mucho al mundo, y ahora somos nosotros quienes pedimos ayuda en su nombre.
