The past few weeks have been some of the most challenging our family has ever faced. My husband has been experiencing a series of medical emergencies, starting with a diagnosis of Pancolitis, a virus, and a bacterial infection. On April 6th, he was admitted to the hospital and is expected to remain there for at least a week. The pain he has endured has been overwhelming, and he has lost 15 pounds, barely able to eat. Through it all, he has tried to keep his faith in God, even as we face so much uncertainty.

This situation has affected every part of our lives. My husband has missed a lot of work, and I am currently not working so I can stay by his side in the hospital. We have already reached our out-of-pocket maximum for medical expenses, and the financial stress is starting to build. To make things even harder, we recently lost our beloved Kennedy, which has added to our heartbreak. Our doctor believes my husband has Ulcerative Colitis, a disease I also live with, and we know that stress can make things even worse.

We are asking for help so we can focus on healing and not have to worry about falling behind on bills.
