My partner, Andy LeRoy and I are facing a challenging time as he prepares for a second heart ablation in May due to atrial flutter. With his health issues, he is unable to work, and I am currently searching for employment. We are doing everything we can—I'm working with Social Services, and he is applying for Social Security—but the process takes time. In the meantime, we are struggling to cover our basic needs, including utilities and our phone bill, while trying to keep up with medical expenses. We've also been living off credit cards for several months, and relying on credit to get by has become very expensive.

The funds we raise will go directly toward three months of rent, which also covers our utilities. My partner is behind on bills, including those needed to keep our cable going, and every bit of support will help us keep our home stable during this difficult period.
