On March 3, 2026, our families lives were forever changed by a tragic act of domestic violence in Algona, Washington.
That morning, police responded to reports of gunfire during a domestic violence incident near 5th Avenue Northwest and Milwaukee Boulevard North. When authorities arrived, they discovered that two of our family members had already been shot before officers could confront the suspect.
In just moments, our family and loved ones were thrown into a heartbreaking situation that no one could ever prepare for.
We are now trying to navigate the emotional trauma and the long road to recovery while also facing unexpected financial burdens. Medical expenses, counseling, and the costs of rebuilding our families lives are overwhelming during an already devastating time.
We created this fundraiser to help support the victims and family members affected by this tragedy.
Funds raised will help with:
• Medical expenses and recovery care
• Counseling and trauma support services
• Financial assistance for the family during recovery
This tragedy has deeply impacted not only our family but our entire community. We are asking for support from friends, neighbors, and anyone who is willing to help us through this incredibly difficult time.
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps relieve some of the financial pressure so that we can focus on healing and supporting one another.
If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would mean so much to us.
Mahalo for your compassion, prayers, and support during this heartbreaking time.
