Help Our Family After the Sudden Loss of Our Mom

Yesterday morning, our world was shattered. Our mom was taken from us in a tragic car accident, and nothing will ever be the same.

She was a loving nurse, wife, mom, best friend, and nana with a loud voice, a huge personality, and the biggest, most unforgettable smile. She filled every room she walked into. She loved fiercely, cared deeply, and gave endlessly to everyone around her. Being there for others wasn’t just what she did — it was who she was.

She leaves behind her husband, a daughter, a 15-year-old son, and a cherished granddaughter, with another grandbaby on the way — one she was so excited to meet. Our dad has serious health issues and depended on our mom for daily care and support. He is going blind, lives with constant pain, and is now facing a future without the woman who was his caregiver, partner, and constant source of strength. Our younger brother has lost his mother far too soon, and our family is struggling to find our footing without her.

This loss was sudden and devastating. Along with overwhelming grief, we are now facing funeral and memorial expenses, as well as the long-term costs of caring for our dad and supporting our family moving forward. Our mom was the one who held everything together, and without her, the challenges ahead feel unbearable.

We are raising funds to help ease both the immediate and long-term financial burden so we can focus on grieving, healing, and making sure our dad and younger brother are cared for in the way she would have wanted.
