On May 21, 2026, our family unexpectedly lost my dad, Dennis Gabbitas. The shock and heartbreak of losing him so suddenly has been incredibly difficult for all of us, especially for my mom after spending almost 40 years by his side.

My dad was hardworking, stubborn in the best ways, and deeply loved by his family. He enjoyed westerns, country music, chocolate candy, and spending time with the people he cared about. The hole his passing has left in our family is impossible to fully put into words.

During this difficult time, we are asking for help with cremation costs and unexpected expenses as our family navigates this loss. Asking for help is never easy, but any support would mean so much to our family right now.
