My dad, Lloyd Phillips, passed away after a hard and difficult battle with cancer on January 1st. He was an incredible father to me and my two brothers. My Dad was a devoted husband to my Mom. They met through friends swing dancing the summer of 1999. Those two were soul mates and always will be. Throughout his life, he showed us what it meant to be both smart and kind. He never lost his sense of playfulness or his childlike spirit. He filled our home with warmth, laughter, and a desire to learn. Losing him left a void that can never truly be filled.

As we navigate this heartbreaking time, my family and I are facing the many financial expenses that come with saying goodbye. We are raising funds to help cover cremation, funeral costs and related needs that will arise as we adjust to life without him. Your support will help ease the financial burden on our family, allowing us to focus on honoring his memory and supporting each other.

Lloyd always had a love of technology and science. He ran his own company Phillips Micro Technology and Phillips Micro Tech. back in the day when TV was analog and not digital. He built equipment for TV Stations broadcasting the news. He was a Ham Radio from the time he was a teenager. His call sign was "KC4VFP". He loved to help people. He was a natural researcher. Lloyd dedicated his life to helping those who were sick by giving freely his time, knowledge, care and comfort to those who needed him. He also managed several websites gathering health information together and placed it in one cohesive place so all who read his work could understand and use it to help themselves and/or loved ones. He also helped to connect countless families with Doctors who could help them. He was always there to help others. He will be missed. He is loved and always will be.
