I was involved in a life changing accident involving myself, my wife and my 3 year old daughter causing me to break 4 bones in my spine, a fractured shoulder and ruptured intestines from the impact.

My daughter was left with a deep laceration on her forehead above her eyebrow tearing her nerve tendon requiring her to have major surgery.

Due to my severe injuries needing specialized surgery I was air transported to an emergency trauma unit in a hospital about an hour away from my hometown and loved ones.

The surgery required to repair my back included putting in rods, shaving bone and rearranging nerves causing me to be introduced very quickly to a new way of everyday life.

Although the surgerical team did an amazing job helping me be here with my family, this has all happened out of state with no insurance coverage since im not in my hometown.

Support has been cut in our home more then we've expected since I've had to step away from being our households main income to in my recovery chapter.

I pray the support from you all will help my household in this challenging time to support the medical equipment my insurance will not cover to function everyday when I get home and the major home bills like rent, utilities and family necessities.
