Our family is asking for help and prayers for our beloved daughter, who was critically injured after being struck by a car while riding her bike. The driver ran a stop sign and hit her, causing devastating injuries. She suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and is currently fighting for her life in the ICU. Doctors had to remove part of her skull to help relieve the swelling on her brain. She is on a breathing machine and has not yet regained consciousness. This has been the most heartbreaking and terrifying time for our family. Our daughter is a beautiful soul with a kind heart, and she did not deserve this tragedy. Her life, and all of our lives, have changed forever. She is also the loving mother of a beautiful one-and-a-half-year-old little girl who keeps looking at her mommy, blowing kisses, and waiting for her to respond. Watching this has been incredibly painful for our family. We are praying every day for a miracle, healing, and recovery. While we focus on supporting our daughter and caring for her baby girl, we are also facing overwhelming medical expenses and future rehabilitation costs.
