We are a family of six—two adults and four children—facing an unexpected and challenging time. Last week, our 6-year-old daughter was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes. Since then, our lives have changed dramatically as we focus on providing her with the full-time care she needs. I am unable to work for a while, as her blood glucose levels need to be closely monitored and stabilized before we can return to any sense of normalcy.

This diagnosis has brought new expenses and worries. We need help covering the costs of medicine, food, and transportation, especially since we do not have a running vehicle right now. Medical bills are adding up quickly, and every day brings new challenges as we work to keep our daughter healthy and safe. Our family is doing everything we can, but we are reaching out for support to help us get through this difficult period.
